Hi, I'm Jacael, founder of Elite Sitters & Care Co.
With a background in family science, child development, education, and professional childcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families through every stage of growth. I hold a Master of Arts in Family Science and have spent over a decade working with children, parents, and caregivers in a variety of settings.
Throughout my career, I have served as a nanny, educator, family life educator, parent coach, and business owner. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the importance of safe, reliable, and high-quality childcare—and the peace of mind it brings to families.
I founded Elite Sitters & Care Co. to provide families across the DMV with trusted childcare solutions tailored to their unique needs. Whether a family is seeking occasional babysitting, a long-term nanny, event childcare, or corporate care support, my goal is to ensure every family feels supported, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
