Hi, I’m Jacael!
Hi, I'm Jacael Wallace, founder of Elite Sitters & Care Co.
For more than a decade, I've dedicated my career to supporting children and families through child development, family education, and professional childcare. Along the way, I've worked directly with children of all ages, supported parents through every stage of family life, taught future professionals as an adjunct college instructor, and earned a Master's degree in Family Science along with the Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) credential.
I founded Elite Sitters because I saw how difficult it could be for families to find childcare that was not only qualified, but also dependable and the right fit. My vision was to create an agency where families feel supported from their very first inquiry and caregivers are thoughtfully matched to meet each family's unique needs.
Today, my team and I are proud to provide trusted childcare throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Every family deserves peace of mind, and every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and cared for.
