FTSS Elite Sitters & Care Co. was founded by Jacael Wallace — a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with over a decade of hands-on experience in child and family care.
Drawing from her years as a professional nanny, educator, and parent coach, Jacael created this agency to provide reliable, high-quality care to busy families across the DMV. From occasional babysitting to event childcare and nanny placements, Elite Sitters & Care is designed to meet families where they are — with warmth, professionalism, and intention.

Outside of her work, she enjoys teaching dance, leading parenting workshops, and empowering families through every stage of their journey.
