Our Placement Fees
Each placement fee covers the full matchmaking process — including consultation, sourcing, background checks, profile presentation, and personalized support through hiring. Fees are non-refundable and due prior to profile delivery.
For families seeking additional support, we also offer premium add-on services designed to enhance your experience during and after placement. These include extended replacement coverage, trial period scheduling assistance, post-hire mediation support, and contract review with our agency owner.
Elite Sitters & Care Co. operates as a referral agency. Families serve as the legal employer and are responsible for all wages, taxes, and employment terms.
